Installing Timing
According to acrylic thicker panel character of expansion and contraction with different temperature, the best installing timing for acrylic panel
is 2 months before official use.
Acrylic Care---Precautions
1. Contact with glass/abrasive cleaners and harsh chemicals is strictly prohibited
Acrylic panel cannot be stored with other organic solvents in the same place, nor contact with any of them (such as alcohol, paint, paint stickers, chemical glass cleaners,
glass water, acetone, gasoline, benzene, carbon tetrachloride, or lacquer thinner etc.); these can scratch acrylic panel's surface and/or weaken it, causing small
surface cracks called "crazing". It also will be subject to permanent damage or blurring surface that cannot be repaired, thus affecting its service life.
2. Do not remove the surface protective layer or protective film before water filling (see picture)
Do not remove the surface protective layer or plastic protective film before water injection for pressure test, because the interior decoration and other related construction is easy
to affect the surface of acrylic sheet (such as surface scratches and damage when handling other equipment).
3. Fireworks are strictly prohibited
Electric welding operations near the acrylic sheet are strictly prohibited, because welding sparks falling on the acrylic sheet will burn it and cause fire, making the surface
permanently damaged and cannot be repaired.
4. Do not paste adhesive sticker, scotch tape or poster paper on the surface of acrylic sheet
Do not paste adhesive sticker or poster paper on the surface of acrylic sheet, because the inferior stickers and poster papers will have residual glue left on the surface of
acrylic sheet, making the surface become blurred and cannot be repaired.
5. Acrylic panel which used in pool, aquariums in water are best condition. The lack of water is less than 4 days.
6. Acrylic panel is far from sharp items, such as sharp knife, keys. Using polishing is to remove the scratches.
